Empower is ideal if you want expert guidance, clearer priorities, and practical changes you can implement quickly.

This option includes a 1-hour initial assessment during which we review your background, goals, daily schedule and food habits. We’ll explore nutrition and lifestyle changes you can implement quickly and easily, and you’ll leave with a clear action plan designed specifically for you.

Following the initial assessment we’ll have two 30-minute check-ins to review progress, explore challenges, and make additional improvements to support continued success.


ELEVATE

Medium-term to build consistency and performance | £795

Elevate is designed for people who want more structure and ongoing support to help nutrition hold up alongside training, work, and life demands.

This is a good fit if you train regularly, want nutrition to support adaptation and recovery, and find consistency difficult during busy or stressful periods.

Elevate runs for 8-12 weeks and includes:

  • 1 hour initial assessment with action plan for nutrition and lifestyle modifications to improve performance

  • 7-day fuelling plan tailored to your goals, schedule and food preferences

  • 4 check ins (30 minutes each) to review progress, explore challenges, and make additional improvements

  • Unlimited email access throughout the program


Excel

Longer-term to optimise performance and resilience | £1,250

Excel is for those looking for deeper, longer-term support and a fully integrated approach to performance nutrition.

This option suits you if you have multiple competing demands, value continuity and adaptability, and want to build a nutrition system that supports current performance and long-term health.

Excel runs for approx. 6 months and includes:

  • 90-minute initial assessment with action plan for nutrition and lifestyle modifications to improve performance

  • 7-day fuelling plan tailored to your goals, schedule and food preferences

  • 8 check ins (30 minutes each) to review progress, explore challenges, and make additional improvements

  • Unlimited email access throughout the program
