My passion for nutrition sits at the intersection of performance, health, and longevity.
I work with people who train hard, work hard, and want their nutrition to support both how they perform now and how they stay healthy and capable long term. For me, nutrition isn’t just about fuelling a single training session or chasing short-term outcomes — it’s about building a system that supports strength, energy, recovery, and resilience across life.
Over the years, I’ve seen first-hand how powerful nutrition can be when it’s applied thoughtfully and individually. My own experiences with food sensitivities earlier in life shaped a deep appreciation for how differently people respond to food — and why rigid, one-size-fits-all approaches so often fall short.
Why I Started E3 Nutrition
I started E3 Nutrition because too much nutrition advice sits at one extreme or the other. On one side, there’s generic “healthy eating” that doesn’t support performance. On the other, there’s performance nutrition that ignores stress, digestion, lifestyle, and long-term health.
I created E3 Nutrition to bridge that gap.
My work is grounded in evidence and informed by up to date nutrition and lifestyle research, and shaped by years I’ve spent working in research environments where critical thinking really matters. I’m committed to staying up to date with the science and translating it into practical, realistic strategies — not trends, hype, or outdated dogma.
That’s why everything at E3 is built around a clear framework - to help people focus on what matters most, in the right order, without unnecessary restriction or overwhelm.
